The rent here is 2335 and if I give it up then the prices will surely go up plus I?ll have a lease break fee.

The lease is technically up July 31st so at that time you can decide to keep the apartment or let the lease expire.

I could leave the Murphy bed here if you catch me before i move out on the 11th
A table and chairs will be left here or thrown out
Everything else would be removed and ready to be moved in January 30th
