We are looking for someone to rent the master bedroom with full bathroom in this spacious 3BR apartment starting February 1st. The room's rent is $1450/month and a $2,175 security deposit. This is a two-minute walk from Grove Street Path Station. The apartment is very spacious with double ceilings. It is very well connected to Manhattan via the PATH (7min to WTC & 20min to 33rd). The apartment has ample living room space, a balcony which is great for barbecuing during the summer, and an open kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals.

The room for rent has plenty of space and it has its own full bathroom with tub. There is enough room to fit a king bed (Like the one in the picture), desk, dresser, bookcase ect. The room has three large windows facing north and a spacious closet. The room will come furnished if desired with the pictured king bed, two dressers, desk, and nightstand.

The building has a washer/dryer on each floor, which are frequently available. The building also has an elevator, mail room, and indoor/outdoor parking available for an additional monthly fee.

This great neighborhood is full of young professionals. It has an amazing city-like scene with lots of new restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you want a view of NYC, you can look off our balcony or walk a few minutes to the waterfront by Exchange Place or Newport Centre. Our 1-year lease ends on May 31st, 2020. The current roommates are two working professional females and are looking for a new, responsible roommate who would be willing to join the lease and renew at the end of May.
