Hello! My roommates and I have one bedroom available in a huge 4 Bed / 2 Bath Apartment in the upscale Cast Iron Lofts building.

Available for 12/1 move-in.

Cost:
Rent: $1,150 per month
Amenity fee (see amenities below): $250 per year
Application Fee: $125 one-time
Security Deposit: $1175 one-time
Total move-in cost: $2,700

Roommates:
- Three guys between the ages of 27 and 32.
- We all work in NJ or the city, typical 9-6 schedule.
- Looking for one male to take our fourth bedroom.
- Everyone in the apartment met by moving into the apartment one at a time. We usually find new roommates on Craigslist.

Bedroom:
- Spacious: Fits a full-sized bed, desk, dresser, nightstand, and more.
- Sliding door directly to outdoor balcony.

Apartment:
- Four beds, two baths total.
- Your bathroom is located directly across the hall from the bathroom.
- In-unit washer and dryer (!)
- Big updated kitchen: granite countertops, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, lots of cooking accessories.
- The entire apartment is furnished except for this available bedroom, but if you have additional furniture that?s cool.
- Private outdoor balcony with comfortable seating and table.

- Daily shuttle to and from Hoboken PATH station, picks up at the building every 10 minutes.
