Spacious Room For Rent Next To Grove St Station

We are looking for someone to rent one of our rooms in this spacious 3BR apartment two minutes walk from Grove St Station. The apartment is as big as they come in the area with double ceilings and very well connected to Manhattan with the PATH (7min to WTC & 15min to 14st). I've been living here for 4 years already and havent heard of a better deal than this with such proximity to the city. The apartment has a balcony with BBQ for the summer, a ample livingroom with 55" TV, home theater, Xbox and Karaoke. We also have a pingpong/ pool table and plenty of sunlight coming in. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals.

The room for rent has enough space to fit a king bed (like the one in the pictures), one or two drawers and a desk. It has to big windows over looking east and decent sized closet. You would be sharing the bathroom with one of our roommates. She is very clean and would expect the same from the person coming in. It comes unfurnished but I'm selling all my furniture for a very accommodating price if need be.

The building has washer/dryer on each floor and there are 4 apartments on each floor so it's very convenient to do laundry. It also has a mailing room and parking available for a monthly fee.

The area is un up and coming neighborhood full of young professionals. It has an amazing gastronomic scene with lots of new restaurants and bars popping up. The water from is minutes away walking as well as a big shop right.

Our lease ends in June 2020 and you would have to be added to the lease once you move in. This requires a credit check from the management company.

I'm sad to be leaving this place I've called home for 4 years but I'm moving out of the city for 6 months. I've enjoyed living with Alex and Jared and we have proudly made this an amazing living space. People familiar with the area know that this is a gem and will probably want to jump on this quick. So be sure not to let this one go.
