Looking for 3rd Roommate in JC Apt by the Water!
Two young professionals (ages 25 and 26) looking for a third roommate. We are about to close on an apartment at 1 Harborside Place (Pier Apartments) and need a roommate ASAP. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a den and a very spacious living room. We will be occupying the den and smaller bedroom, so the master is up for grabs. It has a private bathroom, huge walk in closet, and direct access to the outside balcony. That balcony has plenty of room for a grill and dining area.
The building is right next to the water and directly next to the exchange path station. It has a gym and a beautiful roof with views of Manhattan. Be sure to check out the video I posted of the apartment.
We are both very clean and work standard hours M-F. We love to both go out on weekends as well as enjoy our downtime.
