This bedroom is available in my lovely and spacious apartment located in the charming hamilton park (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in the unit). This apartment is located on the 2nd floor. There is a private balcony for the apartment, shared spacious backyard (only 3 units in the building), a huge kitchen, living room and dining room, private storage area, and washer and dryer in the building. You will be sharing a bathroom with me.

Price: $900 a month w/ $1500 security deposit

*Virtual Tours available starting June 1st via Facetime/IG (preferred) or in-person tours (mask required). We can potentially do virtual tours before June 1st but this is the date I will be back in the apartment on.

We are a 2-minute walk from Hamilton Park (there is a farmer?s market there each week) and an 8-minute walk from the Grove Street Path station (lots of restaurants along this strip) and a 1-minute walk from a cute corner park on Marin Ave. We are a 10-minute walk from the Newport Path Station, a 2-minute walk from Newport Mall, and 5-minute walk from Shoprite and BJs.

Now a little about me: I?m a 26-year-old female who works in the fashion PR industry. I love to read, clean, dance, decorate, paint, write, curate outfits, and spend time outdoors. I take dance classes a few days a week (virtually now of course) and am pretty quiet (I won?t be blasting music late at night or anything like that). I clean up immediately after cooking and will always bring your mail inside if I see it. I am looking for a clean, friendly roommate who will hopefully become good friends with me. Technically, there are no pets allowed, but one of my previous roommates had a cat and we never got in trouble. I wake up pretty early and tend to stay super busy (even during quarantine), so I won?t be in your way.

Female roommates preferred: must be clean, respectful and a nice person :)
