1-Large Bedroom, in a 3 Bedroom apartment.

Rent includes utilities and Internet, but does not include air conditioning.

The room currently fits a large queen size bed with space left over for a desk, dresser, bookshelf and other selves (and still has a separate closet for storage). The room also has a soundproof curtain, that the previous tenants made. It helps dampen the sound from the apartment and so the room is generally very quiet.

There is also plenty of extra storage in the closets in the common area of the apartment too.

The common areas of the apartment kitchen, living room dining room are furnished with a couch, dining room table set, shelving and coffee tables.

Kitchen has a microwave, toaster, other basic cooking supplies, and plenty of storage space.

There are currently two roommates living in the other two bedrooms who are very nice, clean, and friendly.

The atmosphere in the apartment is very relaxed and inviting, and everyone does their fair share to keep it clean.

We always feel free to have friends and guests over though we typically give each other a heads up to let them know when we're bringing people by.

The apartment is in a house that is split into three apartments, this apartment is on the top floor.

The other apartments (first floor and basement) are generally quiet and we have never had any issues with the tenants there. The neighborhood in general is quiet, but there is easy access to Manhattan/Mid-Town and also other areas in NJ - Newark and Hoboken.

The place is a 15-min walk to Journal Square Path Station and is very close to the Aqui supermarket (and smaller shops including Duane Reade/Rite Aid/Local Grocers). There is also a ShopRite one Path Station away at Grove Street, which is very convenient. Several Laundromats in the near vicinity including one around the corner. On street parking is available, and generally not too difficult to find. If you want to rent a space in the driveway it is extra, and can be negotiated with the landlord.

I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease because I need to move for work. The lease will last until 15-Nov. There is the possibility to extend beyond 15-Nov, but this would have to be negotiated with the landlord. I am only looking for individuals who can stay until 15-Nov. If you need to leave early please note that you?ll need to find someone to take over the rest of the lease until 15-Nov.

Security deposit is one month?s rent.

ID and proof of employment required (2 recent pay stubs requested by landlord).
