Single bed avail in 3 bed apt. Shared bathroom.

1) It is a 3 bed apartment and total 3 people will stay (1 person per bedroom). So everyone will have their own individual room.
2) Currently only 1 room is available from June 1. Person who will moves in will have to share the bathroom with 1 person.
3) It is a big room (15 feet by 15 feet) with a window and closet.
4) Very close to Journal Square ... just 10 min ride on bus (NJ Transit 87). Bus stop is very near to the house.
5) Wooden floors.
6) Centralized AC and heating.
7) Washer and Dryer inside the house. No extra charged for this.
8) Full set up kitchen... Microwave, Fridge, Gas, Oven. You can cook your own food.
9) House has a big living and dining room which is common for everyone.
10) Very neat and clean with no bed bugs.
11) Good, safe and silent neighborhood.
12) Smoking and pets not allowed inside the house.
13) High speed Verizon internet(charges are extra and shared between 3 people)
14) Gas and heat charges are extra and shared between 3 people.
15) Deposit is 850 and 1 year lease.
16) Owner stays in the adjacent house.
17) You'll be paying your rent directly to the owner and deposit you will have to pay to the person who is leaving this month end.

We are only looking for a single occupancy (no couples) who is friendly, clean and working.
