Two furnished rooms available in a brick townhouse on a beautiful tree lined street. It is a short walking distance to the West Side Light Rail Station which connects to the PATH station to NYC. It takes approximately 35 minutes to get to Manhattan with public transportation or 25 minutes by car. The street is very peaceful and safe, constantly patrolled by the NJCU campus police. This newly renovated, shared house has hardwood floors, kitchen, dining and living room, one and a half bathrooms (1st floor powder room and a full bathroom on the 2nd floor which will be shared by one other person only), laundry room, heat, wifi, air conditioning, a backyard and street parking only.

-Medium Room: for a single person, $950 (available Sep 1)

A security deposit of one and a half months is needed upfront in addition to the first months rent upon move in.

***Best days for viewing the rooms are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Looking for a female roommate preferred. No pets and no live-in boyfriends. Looking for long term tenants, a minimum of 6 months required. Three references needed.
