The apartment is brand new, completed last year. Excellent location with easy access to NYC. It has a HUGE brand new kitchen and living room. The place is currently shared with 3 young professionals (2 guys, 1 girl) in their mid 20s.

- Large private room (10 x 12). Fits Queen size bed and furniture comfortably.

Rental terms are $950 per month including internet. Gas/electric is separate and runs about $40/month. Lease terms will be month to month, but are negotiable.

About us: We're a nice mix of different personalities here. One of us works for the local senator in Jersey City, another does project management for a NYC contractor, and the other works as a bartender and metal shop apprentice in Brooklyn. We all get along and enjoy socializing, but are also independently busy and find ourselves out of the house or doing our own thing regularly. We're looking for a friendly, responsible roommate to complete the household and add to the positive environment.
