Looking for 1 roommate in a 4BR on Willow Ave!

Apartment and Who’s in it:

Our luxurious, spacious and comfortable apartment is looking for one new roommate. Gender does not matter! Currently our 1,700 sf apartment houses Zach, Kristen and Aldani!

Zach, is a bright light from Thursday - Sunday 4pm (when Sunday scaries start to kick in). Monday to Wednesday you can find him drudging around or you might not see him at all! Zach lives in the master suite which includes his own bathroom and fire escape balcony.

Kristen, is a down to earth girl that loves to goof around. You will find her working in her room, watching TV in the living room or cooking one of many frozen foods from Trader Joe’s in the kitchen. She lives across the hall from Zach and uses the open full bath past the kitchen.

Aldani, is a chill and easy going guy. During the week, he splits his time between NYC and Hoboken. His hobbies include watching tv, working out, exploring the city, and attempting to make his own food. He lives in the room closest to the living room and also shares the full bath.

Zach & Kristen both currently work from home (and hope to never return to the office full-time) while Aldani works in NYC most of the week!

Your Spaces:

You have the pleasure of living in:
The back bedroom, shown on the building layout, which has their own entrance from the building hallway along with an entrance into Kristen’s room— which you can leave open or closed depending on if you’d like to hear her jokes or have some privacy. The room has 2 windows that allow for natural light, exposed brick and can comfortably fit a queen bed, dresser & desk for your WFH needs.

Bathroom situation is a shared bathroom between the new roommate, Aldani and Kristen. Each person has their own shelf for toiletries!

The Shared Spaces:

We like to keep the space clean, though we aren’t total neat freaks. If you wipe down the counters/stove top after cooking, don’t let your dishes pile up, take out the trash/recycling every now an again and keep the bathroom tidy, we will never have an issue! Weekdays we keep things quiet, and weekends we tend to do our own things. Zach & Aldani are in and out of the city or in Hoboken, and Kristen bops around Hoboken/Jersey City & will occasionally venture into the city.

Unit includes: ceiling fans, central a/c, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit as well as free ones in the basement and a locked storage unit for our apartment in the basement. Located just 5 blocks from the Hoboken Path, with plenty of delicious restaurants right downstairs as well a coffee shop.

Rent + Utilities:

Rent: $1,225 + utilities which are around ~$100 depending on the season
