A great apartment right in the heart of uptown Hoboken. 3 block walk from wine dads and Trader Joe’s in one direction, 3 block walk from shop rite and a dog park in the other direction. Easy bike/walk access to the waterfront on 11th street. Directly next to Columbus Square park and their tennis courts.

About the apartment/complex:
2 bedroom & 2 bath with in unit washer/dryer and dish washer. All appliances are new as of September 1st of 2020. Private balcony w/ courtyard view. A great place to enjoy a post work sunset dinner and drink. The private courtyard is great for guests and has multiple grills/ping pong tables. There is an on-site gym, package room, and bike storage room.

About the lease:
After transitioning to WFH forever position, my roomate will be leaving at the end of our lease August 31st.

I am looking for someone who is interested in signing a new 12 month lease.

About the fees/security deposit:
If we click and are a good fit we can talk to the management company about how security deposit and processing fees would work. I believe we received a special rate of $500 security deposit, I’m hopeful that would transfer over the future tenant.

About Me:
I’m Trevor and I relocated to Hoboken during the pandemic. I work from home full time, as a digital marketing manager for an automotive manufacturer. My current roomate and I have more than enough space to enjoy working and living from home.

I enjoy getting outside, whether that be running, biking, camping, or relaxing, outside is where you will find me

Keeping common areas clean and tidy is very important to me, aside from that I’d consider myself an extremely easy going roomate.

Enjoy going out for a week night drink and will really let loose every couple of weekends.

Up early to get a workout in before the day starts and usually taking “sanity laps” over by the waterfront throughout the work day.

About you:
A professional male in your mid twenties to early thirties that can respect a clean common area.
