Looking for someone to take over my lease from May or June (flexible) to October with possibility to renew it.

Large light-filled room with great closet space. Large window with the Manhattan skyline view. (The room can come furnished or unfurnished). You will share 1.5 bath with one roommate.

Large 3 bedroom 2.5 bath apartment in a luxury building with a balcony and plenty of natural light. Large living room with TV. Fully furnished kitchen, dinning table, and in unit washing and drying machines.
The apartment is only a 5min walk away from the Hoboken Path Station+ bus to Port Authority.
3 min walk from Washington Street with a lot of shops, grocery stores, bar and restaurants.
Hudson waterfront right across the street
