-Elevator building with washer/dryer units in the basement

The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the PATH and nearby many bus stops. It's within walking distance of ACME and various bars and restaurants. A quiet yet lively area of Hoboken!

We are looking for a female roommate in her mid/late 20s to early 30s to fill the apartment. Two roommates will be staying in the apartment. No smoking and no pets.

About us:
Easy-going and friendly young professionals in our late 20s and early 30s. We're neat and respectful of our common spaces and each other.
