Private room in a 4-bedroom/2.5 bath apartment available beginning Nov. 1st, but can be sooner if need. You would replace the departing roommate on the lease.

The room is small and unfurnished, fitting a double sized bed and dresser. The apartment itself is big - all four bedrooms are on the second floor. The first floor has a separate kitchen, dining room, and living room with fireplace. Washer and dryer unit is upstairs in apartment. Common areas are furnished. Utilities are around $100/mo. The apartment is also less than a 10 minute walk to the PATH.

Each of us are working professionals, go out on the weekend (occasionally together), and sometimes have a friend or two over to the apartment.
