- Room is a flex room but is large enough to fit a full size bed, a dresser, desk, and storage closet.
- The bedroom has a wall length window that overlooks Hoboken and the city.
- You will be sharing a bathroom with one other girl.
- There is a hallway closet that you have access to put extra clothes/stuff in.
- Full access to the kitchen and living room.
- There is a gym and patio that can be used.
- Laundry is in the building.
- Parking is available in the building for an additional monthly fee.

Location:
- Downtown location on Park and Garden.
- Close to bars and restaurants.
- Quick five minute walk to Path and
Nj Transit.

Rent and Lease Info:
- The monthly rent is $1190.
- Monthly utilities are approximately $25 for internet and approximately $27 for water/sewer.
- $100 fee when you are added to the lease.

Move in date is flexible. You can move in anytime during January. January rent is also already paid for.

The lease is up April 15, 2021 with the ability to renew.
