Looking for someone to take over my lease in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in downtown Hoboken. Timing flexible but aiming for around November 1st.
Apartment comes with a washer and dryer in unit and a free parking spot in an attached garage.
About a 12 minute walk to the PATH.
Current roommate is a 28 y/o female, very kind, communicative, and respectful. She is currently working from home but usually travels for work a lot.
Bedroom will be unfurnished and living room mostly unfurnished so you?ll have plenty of room to bring your own things.
Rent is $1,500/ month (a great deal for what?s included/the location), 1.5 months security deposit, $50 credit check fee and $500 agency fee to join the lease.
