- Rent is $1,600 per month
- Utilities are usually no more than $100 per month

-Amenity fee is $250 for the year (prorated to $187.51 for November move in or $166.67 for December move in)

Move in details:

- Move in date is flexible but ideally around the end of October/first of November.
- Current lease runs until August 10, 2021 with the option to renew.
- Our building does not allow subleases so you must be willing to sign on to the lease for the remainder of the term

My current roommate is 29 year old female working as finance manager for a Hoboken based company. She would prefer another female in her 20s-30s but is open to either gender because you each have your own private bathroom.
