I?m moving out of state and looking for someone take over my room. You?ll be living with my laid-back, friendly professional male roommate who is in his early 30s and works from home.

Apartment info:
-Bedroom is large enough to hold a queen bed and large dresser and has a decent size closet.
-You get your own private bathroom.
-Access to two more closets (one in the hallway outside the bedroom and the kitchen).
-Full access to kitchen with lots of cupboards (roommate doesn't cook).
-Elevator building.
-Laundry is in the building and it accepts debit cards.
-Parking in the building is available for an additional monthly fee.

Location:
-Downtown location on Grand and 2nd St but located on a quiet street.
-Close to lots of restaurants, bars, laundry, grocery store. Quick walk to Washington St.
-Near transporation: 10 minute walk to the Path; 5 minute walk to 2nd St light rail stop; 2 minute walk to bus to NY Port Authority.

Rent and lease info:
- The monthly rent is $1525.
- Monthly utilities are $100 for cable/wifi and approx $50 for electric.
- Move-in date: I am flexible on dates but someone can move in as soon as Sep 15 or anytime during Sep or Oct
- Lease: You'll need to sign a new lease with my roommate.
- Security deposit: $2,175
