Room in Hoboken Starting September/October

Hi,

I am looking for a roommate for a two-bedroom place, to occupy the room that becomes available end of September. My current roommate will be moving in with his partner, and since I like the place, it would be nice to find someone to take over part of the lease.

Myself, I am a professional living in Hoboken. Currently working from home, but generally I do not spend as much time inside - I work in the office, then do grocery shopping, go to the gym etc and the day is over!

I'd prefer someone who is friendly, understands privacy, clean and responsible when it comes to rent payments. Preferably another professional in their 30s or late 20s.

The place is partially furnished, has lots of light, cute window views and a nice kitchen, clean bathroom and shower, laundry on site and it is all just within short walk from a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, ShopRite, etc), easy route to Manhattan - less that 30 min total to get to Port Authority.
