1 bedroom & a private bathroom in uptown hoboken

Hi, my name is Meghan and I am looking for one roommate to fill a bedroom in my 3 bed 2 bath apartment! We are located in uptown Hoboken, just minutes away from Trader Joes, CVS, NYSC, countless coffee shops, restaurants and bars, and there is also a bus stop about a block away. We are a 5 minute walk from the water front and 3 blocks away from Washington street!

Your bedroom would be the smallest room of the three, but it is still able to comfortably fit a full sized bed, desk, and dresser. You also have a closet and because we split the rent evenly 3 ways, you would get the 2nd bathroom to yourself! Some of the things I love about this apartment are the in unit washer/dryer, open concept setup, the interior design, and the modern amenities! We also have central air and a dishwasher which is another big plus. The last thing about your room is that it is on the opposite end of the apartment from the other 2 which provides an added level of privacy.

Now for a little bit about me and the other roommate living in the apartment! I am a 21 year old rising senior at Stevens and I am studying quantitative finance. I'm in school the usual end of august-end of may and post graduation my plan is to begin working full time in Manhattan in the finance sector. Outside of school and work, I am a very active person. I run for a team that is based in the city so often times I'm out running along the waterfront or in central park! If I'm not running then I'm probably at the gym or trying a new restaurant! I keep the place clean and am very respectful of the common areas. The majority of the time that I spend in the apartment is usually in my room since I work a ton. So if I'm in the living room/kitchen it's usually just to grab food/cook/eat dinner.

The other roommate living in the room next to me is my boyfriend. He went to Stevens as well and just graduated this past May. He now works as a systems engineer for a company about 20 minutes away from Hoboken. He is in the office 5 days a week so he's not around during the normal working hours mon-fri. He is also a very neat person who is respectful of the common areas. He's also very into fitness so often times he's out at the gym or running!

We are looking for someone who is relaxed and can keep the great vibes going, but also keeps the common areas clean and respects the shared space. What you do with your room and bathroom is up to you though. Small pets are allowed with a $250 non refundable deposit but currently we do not have any. Although I am considering getting a small cat so ideally you would be open to the idea. Hope to chat soon!
