2-Bed/1-Bath In Uptown Hoboken! No Broker Fee!

My roommate and I (both in our 20s and best friends from college) are looking for someone to takeover our Uptown Hoboken apartment lease starting September 1, 2020. The lease ends on May 31, 2021 with an opportunity to renew. Rent is $2,480/month (heat and water included). A $2,480 security deposit is required and there is NO BROKERS FEE!

Here's a little more about our apartment. The living room is large and the bedrooms are set back away from common area and kitchen! The larger bedroom can fit a queen-sized bed comfortably and the smaller bedroom can fit a full-sized bed comfortably. There are two closets for storage and the bathroom is a good size! The building has laundry in the basement and you fill up your laundry card at the management building on 14th and Washington.

This apartment is in a great location! The bus stop to go into Manhattan is right in front of the building. You are around so many amazing restaurants, Trader Joes and Pier 13. You have an intercom in the apartment and they recently made cosmetic improvements to the inside of the building! Overall we have loved our time in our apartment and don't want to leave but unfortunately we aren't going back to work in Manhattan until 2021. We are moving home to save some money. We also are willing to sell some of our furniture as well. We want someone to takeover our lease who will enjoy this apartment as much as we do!
