We have a room available in uptown Hoboken (move in date flexible). The apartment has a spacious common room and recently-renovated kitchen that has brand new appliances. Laundry is available in the basement of the building, and the building also has elevator access. All utilities except electricity are included in the rent.

The building is a short bus ride to Port Authority and the PATH train, and is in walking distance to a few different grocery stores (Trader Joes, Kings, and ShopRite all nearby). Hoboken is a very walkable city, so it's very easy to navigate (and it's a quick trip to NYC!). Our apartment is also a quick walk to the waterfront and has a ton of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The room is the biggest in the apartment (3-bedroom, 1-bath). It has two windows, lots of natural light, and an entire wall of closet space (rent $1080). The room currently has a full-sized bed in the pictures, and it could comfortably fit a desk as well for anyone working from home during the pandemic. The room is L-shaped, so it's much bigger than it looks in the pictures! Feel free to reach out for a tour if you're interested.

I am relocating for work and am looking for someone to take over my place on the lease, which expires at the end of August (with an option to renew). The apartment has a ton of common room space and is great for anyone working from home during the pandemic. Female roommates preferred.
