The apartment is in a great location, about a 12 minute walk to the path and close to bars and restaurants! Availability to move in either December or January. Rent will be $1425 plus additional utilities. Lease is for 9-10 months with option to resign.

Current roommates are two 24-26 year old females, one working in Hoboken and the other in North Jersey. We are neat and clean and always try to keep the common areas tidy. We are very easy going and respectful of one another. We like to hang out and relax during the week, but enjoy having a few drinks and going out on the weekends to bars and restaurants!
