2 Bedrooms Available for July 1st Lease

Currently looking for two female roommates to fill one bedroom each in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Both of my roommates are moving out so there is the option for which bedroom in the apartment you would want to move into. The lease is for a July 1st move in March 31st end, there is no negotiation for a move in date later as I need two fully committed people to sign on this lease. There is possible negotiation to move in sooner depending on both of my current roommates move outs.

I would love to have a roommate who keeps a clean space and maintains the common areas. I am a naturally friendly and outgoing person that has had good relationships with my past roommates, so I am looking for someone who would be interested in the same. My previous 2 roommates and I had a close friendship, hanging out watching movies, tv shows, making guac, going out and spontaneous dance parties. Currently right now I am working from home, since my office in NY is operating on a work from home basis with the pandemic, but I keep to myself during the day working at my bedroom desk.

Cream Bedding Bedroom - Room features a closet with plenty of room for a queen sized bed, dresser and nightstand. The room has a large sky light above that fills it with great natural light. You will share the bathroom with one other roommate.

Gray Bedding Bedroom - Room features a large closet with above storage, fits a queen sized bed, dresser and nightstand. The room has two large windows that fill the room with great light. You will share the bathroom with one other roommate.

The apartment is in a great location, 10 minute walk to the PATH and 3 minute walk to the bus stop. Large common areas already furnished with the current furniture as in photos. Building has an elevator for easy move in convenience, laundry is in the building, and there is an upstairs roof deck with chairs for everyone in the building to enjoy. Bedroom Rent is $1275 each, security is equal to one and half months? rent must be paid upon signing the lease. Utilities are average $50 per person a month. Bedrooms do not come furnished, furniture in bedroom may be negotiable with the current roommates moving out. Apartment includes 2 Garage Parking Spots, currently I am using one, but the other is up for grabs.
