Along with an in unit washer and dryer, we also have a large shared fenced in backyard for the building with a patio and barbecue.

Two easy-going, work-oriented girls in their late 20s. We both have busy work schedules during the week but enjoy the occasional happy hour, along with cooking dinner and relaxing at home. During the weekend, we are out and about enjoying Hoboken and spending time with friends. We are friends from high school and are hoping our new roommate is someone friendly, responsible, and clean, who can be a friend as well and make our apartment feel like home.
