1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment available

Hi there! I'm looking to rent out the second bedroom Hoboken, NJ. The rent is $1240 + utilities with lease starting March 1st. However, this can be flexible to April 1st A little about me: I am 28 years old and I work in NYC. I am pretty quiet during the work week sometimes I will got out for a happy hour or dinner but on the weekends, I like to go out and hang out with friends. I rarely bring the party back or have guests over. I'm looking for someone calm, fun, and easy to get along with! Hoping to find someone soon :)

About the room/apartment. The apartment is in great shape and I always try to keep it clean! Most of the apartment will be furnished, except for your bedroom and a couple of little things in the shared area, we would have to get. The room itself is pretty spacious and can fit a queen sized bed along with other furniture. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in an elevator building. I can always send more pictures and videos of the apartment, upon request. The apartment itself is located in uptown Hoboken. The bus to the city picks you up right on the corner and it is about a 20 min drive into Port Authority! It is also about a 20 min walk down to the path (which honestly doesn't even seem that much when you walk it). The apartment is in a very convenient location with a ton of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores near by.
