2 bedroom 1 bathroom uptown Hoboken.
I am looking for someone to take over my half as I am moving out ASAP. My room mate is looking to leave June 1 so will have the option to resign the lease and find a room mate. We are on a month to month lease now.
We are located on the main road in Hoboken. The bus stop is on your front porch pretty much and walking distance to the path and ferry. A local coffee spot is across the street and restaurants, stores, and boutiques nearby. Shop rite, Acme, and Trader Joe?s are walking distance along with CVS.
I currently do have two cats but they will be coming with me. If you do have animals, they are more than welcomed. My room mate is great help and loves animals.
The apartment is furnished besides the bedroom I will be moving out.
