Large room is seeking a Great Roomie in Hoboken

Looking for a nice, friendly and considerate roomie to fill a very large room coming available in Clean and Peaceful Hoboken apartment Oct 1 (Or possible a few days earlier).
Just to be clear, it's a roommate situation, and we share the house toiletries cost.

Please send a message telling a bit about what you're looking for and about yourself. The rough floor plan for the room is shown below so you can get an idea of the size and dimensions of the room.

The first three photos are of the room, 4th photo is a rough sketch of the floor plan, and the last photo is of the living room.

The rent is $1300 (1st of the month) with a refundable deposit of $1000.

This location is convenient to all forms of transport in Hoboken.

Utilities are $50 ea. Internet (15th of the month) and usually around $30 ea. FALL/WINTER/SPRING for electric (8th of the month) Electricity in the summer has been $40-$60. However, one roommate will usually handle the Internet bill and the other will handle electricity bill.
