Seeking Mid-Late 20's,Female Roommate for 2 BR Apt

Hey! I live in a great 2 bedroom apartment in Hoboken and sadly my roommate is getting a new job upstate so I?m looking for someone to fill her spot. She?ll be moving out September 8th, so the room is available for move-in after 1PM on that day or any day after that. You would owe security (1.5 x the rent) and only $712 for the first month (because she is paying for the first week of September). PLEASE TEXT rather than respond to this, it's easier to manage that way.

The bedrooms are on either end of the mutual living space so we basically have our own private wings. You?d have your own bathroom, a window, a closet and a spacious room that fits a full size bed comfortably with room for other furniture.

There?s a shared storage closet in the apartment plus a large storage room (with a lock) in the basement. Also in the basement: coin operated washer/dryer, access to backyard. There?s already a couch and TV in the living room so you?d just need to bring whatever you need for the kitchen.

Walking distance from PATH train-scooters and bike shares available. Close to restaurants/bars/coffee shops/convenient and grocery stores.

About me: I?m 27 year old graphic designer working in Manhattan. Lived in Brooklyn for 2 years and have lived in this apartment for a year with a random roommate-which worked out perfectly! I?m laid back and enjoy a peaceful living space. No passive aggressiveness please! Rather face any problem head on. I typically do my own thing but I?m social and down to become friends!

Would love to stick to the current cleaning sitch which is at the beginning of every month we?d take turns doing a deep clean (small common area so it never takes long) and after cooking we?d always clean up after ourselves keeping the shared living space uncluttered and clean.

Utilities+WiFi vary per month but it?s usually $45-60.
