Hi everyone!
My name is Brad Gonz?lez and I have an availability in my current spacious modern 2 bed, 2 bath in uptown Hoboken.
My current roommate is departing Jersey for the city, and as I am eager to stay in this great spot, I am looking for someone to share the rent.
For $1475 a month per person, thw place comes with all the amenities of a luxury building: Central A/C, parking (for no additional fee), private bathrooms, elevators, gym, dishwasher and laundry in unit.
I am a professional working decent hours in finance, so a roommate looking for quiet in the evenings would be preferable. That being said, I still love to go to bars and restaurants and otherwise take advantage of all that Hoboken has to offer.
