Hi, looking for a roommate in a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment in downtown Hoboken for a Dec 1st start.

The apartment is at an amazing location!! It's about a 10 min walk to the Path Station, one block away from Washington St (full of bars and restaurants), and one block away from 2 grocery stores.
The apartment has a large fully furnished living room, dishwasher, laundry room, and parking is available in a garage for an additional cost. The room that is available is very spacious, a private bathroom, and 2 large closets.

The roommates you would be living with are two young professional females in their twenties working in the city. One works on the corporate side of retail and the other works in the Wine Industry. We both enjoy happy hours, dinners, shopping, and hanging out with friends. We are pretty low key over the week but do enjoy going out over the weekends. We don't "bring the party back" but will once in awhile have friends over. We're both friendly, clean, and are respectful to other people and their things.

We're looking for a female roommate that is also a young responsible professional. Someone that is clean, friendly, respectful, and can pay bills on time. Non smokers and no pets.
This is for a 10 month lease with option to resign at the end of the lease term.
Monthly Rent is $1465
Security deposit of $1327
