1 Br/Personal Bath In Large 2Br/2Bath Condo

I?m the live-in owner of a 1,300 sq ft 2BR, 2BR walk-up Condo in Hoboken, NJ and am renting out the other room. Only 7 Units in the building which makes it more of a home/family environment. My unit is on the top floor so noise is very low and there is a deeded portion of the roof which has views of The Empire State Building and World Financial Center.
The bedroom for rent is 14ftX13ft (17sq m) and has views of NYC?s Financial District. The room is furnished with a bed which you can use or it can be removed. Large closet space.
You would have personal use of 1 full bathroom that would only be used by you and guests (I have my own).
In-unit washer/dryer.
The building is on Madison Street, between 7th Street and 8th Street, so it?s quiet at night but within a couple blocks of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gyms, yoga studios, rock climbing gym, parks, dog parks, and cafes. Transportation (LightRail, Bus, PATH) is within walking distance- anywhere from a 5min - 20 min walk. Hoboken is one square mile so it doesn?t take long to walk anywhere :-).
If you have a car, there is a parking garage two blocks away or you can get a tag through the town and park on the street (though street parking can be challenging to find).
Utilities are not included in rent.
Your rent will be $1,700 per month.
You?ll have access to all the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, my area of the roof, and the backyard.?
Ideally, I?m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non-smoker, and someone who is respectful of neighbors, their space, and their children. I?ve lived in my home for 12 years and don?t wear shoes or workout too late in the unit as a courtesy to my neighbors downstairs and expect my roommate to do the same.
