Hi! My name is Meghan. I?m a 30 year old professional. I work Monday thru Friday from about 9-6 pm everyday. I have lovely cat named Gus who?s the sweetest little guy in Hoboken. 2 of my roommates are moving out and I need to fill their rooms. There is a large living area, dining area and kitchen. Elevator building, laundry in building and conveniently located in front of the shipyard, rite aid, Whole Foods, sparrows and the ferry. The bus to downtown Hoboken is 1 min walk across the street and the bus to port authority is a 1 min walk as well! Great location!

I?m looking for:
-non smoker, no drugs
-enjoys a glass of wine but does not party in the apartment
-preferably an active life style/similar schedule
-clean!!! Keeps all common areas very tidy and takes care of dishes right away
-kind animal lover (I will never ask you to bare any responsibility for my pet, just be kind to him)
-willing to contribute monthly to household items. ie: paper products, cleaning supplies etc
-credit check and background check required
-guarantors welcome
