Awesome rooms available in great apartment!

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: It is 3 bedrooms 2 bath and the medium sized room is available for $1190. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and the building has an elevator. We have a washer and dryer IN the apartment, awesome stove and marble counters in the kitchen with an incredibly spacious living room area. Only pay electric and cable/wifi each month, no water bills. There is a really nice medium size dog that lives with us and just wants to cuddle all the time with everyone =]

ABOUT US: We are looking for one more chill, down to earth girl to take our current roommate's spot who is moving out to move in with her boyfriend. We would prefer someone close to 30 years old and career oriented that is also down to go out every once in a while- but would be respectful by not being loud if they come in late during the week. We are all drama free, fun loving, straight out type of people, so we would like to find a new roommates that has a similar mentality since it worked so well. Thanks!
