Hi everyone! Subletting my apartment from Aug 17th to Oct 26th (end date give or take, ~10 weeks) and looking for someone to stay a minimum of 8 weeks.

About the building:

- Rooftop with grill, couches, and electric fire pit
24 hr Gym with hand / machine weights, treadmill, peloton bike
- Adjacent to Newark St, downtown JC’s main street with lots of bars, restaurants
- Residents mostly young families and working professionals who are quiet and keep to themselves

About the unit:
- 2 floor loft studio + bathroom
- 6th floor, high ceilings, large west-facing windows with tons of sunlight
- Fully equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Concrete walls, little to no noise

Other info:
- Only street parking available
- Pets not allowed
- No smoking in apartment or in building common areas
- No guests other than agreed upon subtenants

About the location:
- Cross streets: Jersey Ave & Christopher Columbus Dr, Jersey City, NJ 07302 (Wonder Bagels or Grove St Bicycles are the best landmarks to use on google maps)
- 5 min walk to Grove St PATH station (closest train station)
- ~15 min walk to Harborside Ferry
- ~10 min drive / bike to Liberty State Park
- ~10-12 min subway to downtown Manhattan
- ~20-25 min subway to midtown Manhattan
*add an additional 2-3 minutes for getting out the building

Terms:
- Available Aug 17th to Oct 26th (end date give or take, ~10 weeks)
- Min. 8 week stay @ $2300/month, total = $4600 (exact rent of the apartment, extra 2 weeks are available for the same cost)
- All utilities included
- $1000 security deposit in the event of any damages, to be returned within 7-10 days of departure after inspection and cleaning.
