Looking for a single male professional to rent one room in a lovely two bedroom apartment (1st floor) in the heart of downtown Jersey City. The location is very prestigious, one block away from the historic Hamilton park, one block away from Newport mall, 5 min walk to downtown Jersey City, close to bars for those who like night life. Walking distance from shopping centers like Shop Rite, BJ’s, Target and Best Buy and much more. Furthermore, very close to Path train both Newport and Grove stations. 16 min to Newark airport, less than 15 min to both downtown and midtown Manhattan. Plenty street parking and the Holland tunnel is one block away.

I occupied the house with my brother, he’s moving out end of September for work and eventually coming back in about 18 months. So preferably looking for someone to move in October 1st and stay no less than a year and no more than 18 months. (1 year minimum to one and half year max)

All utilities are included, Tv cable, high speed internet, electricity, water etc..

Requirements are:
- proof of income
- 1 year min lease up to 18 months max
- one month rent one month deposit to move in
- background check
- references (work, previous landlord)
