I’ll be moving out and seeking someone to fill the third bedroom in a recently renovated 3 bed/2 bath apartment in downtown JC!

Very flexible move in date between 1/1/2021 and 2/1/2021

About the apartment:

-dishwasher + stainless steel appliances!
-all common areas furnished
-private queen sized bedroom (unfurnished) available
-shared bathroom with one other roommate (female)
-central AC/heat
-2nd floor walk up in a 3 family home
-live in landlord
-quiet, safe, residential area
-street parking only, but it’s easy to find!
-15 minute walk to Grove St path
-walking distance to Hamilton Park, many restaurants, shops, & bars, Newport Mall, Shop Rite, Key Foods

RENT: $1165 + utilities (cable, internet, electricity usually about $60-100 per person per month)
No broker fee! Will have to pay security deposit and show proof of employment.

About your roommates:
-Nikita (29 F): works in the entertainment industry. Very into the arts, cooking/eating, puzzles, having a calm laidback home space.
-Eleanor (28F): works in editing. Into game nights and a good beer.

Both working from home full-time due to the pandemic. Enjoy spending time together for meals, watching tv/movies, venting/life-pondering chat sessions, etc, but are respectful of each other’s need for space and alone time.
