Seeking cool male to share a two bedroom apartment with.
You'll be sharing it with another gay male (me) and a neutered cat.
I've been in the apartment since Jan 2019, so it's fully furnished, but your bedroom will not be furnished.

The Apartment:
Apartment is located on the third floor, two flights up. Walk up.
Two bedroom one bath.
Bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and living room, so it provides privacy.
Living room has a large 65" TV, and a couch, and dining table.
Chromecast available on TV, Netflix, PLEX, Prime Video. I have Blu-Ray DVD Player.

I have a set of BOWFLEX adjustable dumbbells you can also use.

Kitchen has a gas stove. Kitchen island. Microwave, InstaPot, Air Fryer, Blender.
So you might not need to get your cown cooking appliances.
Feel free to use what's there, and feel free to get more.
Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, etc.
Bathroom has a shower.
No tub. Standard bathroom.

Your Bedroom:
Bedroom has one closet, and one window that faces west.

There is be a full mattress and bed frame coming soon.

Bedroom will be furnished when you move in.. As this ad ages, I will be furnishing it with a dresser, storage, etc, the best I can. (The living room and kitchen will be furnished)

Verizon FiOS Internet (400 MBPS)--about $36/month.

You:
Professional Male with a steady job. Reliable to pay rent each month to me on time.
No drugs, no weed. Cat friendly. Respectful of each others space.
You can smoke out on the street. Just don't smoke in the apartment.
I expect a clean person, clean up after yourself. You can leave dishes around but just don't expect it to wash themselves. I won't mind cleaning up but you get it. I get lazy too and just leave dirty dishes and leave the apartment a mess sometimes, but within the next day or two, I clean up. I'm not a neat freak tho--you don't have to be either.

I am a long-distance runner, heavy coffee drinker. Drink on occasion. Very clean. No drugs, no smoking. Easy-going, funny--I think. I keep to myself. I don't get into other people's business.

My cat:
He's adorable. Well behaved, neutered, doesn't eat people food so he won't be eating you food. He won't be your problem, as he's my problem. ha. Sleeps a lot.

A Roommate Agreement will be drafted and signed.
Before move-in, I'll ask for one month's rent and one month's security deposit.

The location is great. There is a bodega on the first floor, two bakery shops around the block. There is a CitiBike station down the street.
