This is a cozy two-bedroom apartment for rent. We are looking for two roommates (at the same time, for at least one year of renting) or a couple to live in this perfectly situated three-story building (address below) in the Historic Jersey City neighborhood (next to City Hall). Just 3 to 7 minutes walk to both Marin Boulevard HBLR Station (Light rail), Grove Street Station (Path to NY), a Citi Bike sharing station, as well as Ferry to NYC.

As mentioned above, this is a three-story walk-up building. Your potential apartment-to-be is on the second floor.

Positives and negatives of an older building:
There is Baseboard Heating in the entire apartment for cold months (thermostat controlled), but central Air Conditioning is unavailable. Summer months can sometimes be hot for some, and you are certainly welcome to supply your own window units (but some of our tenants do without them). There's no washing machine, but local laundromats are close by. This is a corner building so there are windows in every room. Street parking is available.

NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere in the apt or building itself.
Pets are allowed with an additional fee, which can be discussed over the phone.
