Bedroom and Private Bath in Gorgeous Two Floor Apt

Looking for somebody to move in for March 1st.

The apartment is a duplex with a private patio, a washer/dryer and a very spacious living room.

The room has a private bathroom with a bathtub. It is the quieter bedroom since it doesn't face the street and it does get a lot of sunlight. The room has a double closet and a set of shelves and there is a lot of storage all over the apartment that you would be able to use.

The room is available furnished (Queen-sized bed/dresser/desk/large TV)--you'd just need to talk to the exiting roommate about what you'd like to keep.

The room is L-shaped and hard to photograph, but fits a lot of furniture.

The Grove Street Path station is just three blocks away, and the commute to Manhattan is incredibly fast (it takes me under 20 minutes, door to door, to get to my office in the Financial District) but even if you're not commuting, this neighborhood is fantastic and has everything you need within a few blocks.

Cost to move in would be first month's rent and a $1000 security deposit.
