HUGE master bedroom in 3BR apartment with great light, lots of closet space, and private entrance! Perfectly located in downtown JC and 5-minute walk from Grove Street path.

Looking for a compatible individual to move in anytime from now till August 1st. (Lease starts August 1st but room is available now.)

THE APARTMENT:

The apartment is on the second floor of a four-unit brownstone. The floor plan is open with a decent sized living room and kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, and cabinet space. The bathroom is shared. Coin-operated laundry in the basement.

No cats or dogs, unfortunately : (

YOUR ROOM:

The master bedroom is HUGE with its own private entrance and is filled with natural light from three large windows (the pics posted do not do the room justice). It is large enough for a king-sized bed, a large dresser, a side table, a desk and a couch. It is unfurnished.

YOUR ROOMMATES:

Two female doctoral students in their late 20s. One of us works part-time in New York and part-time in Central Jersey. The other works in Brooklyn. In our free time we both like exploring the surrounding neighborhoods and New York City. We are both pretty laid back, enjoy yoga, going on runs, coffee, tea, reading, watching Netflix, cooking, enjoying wine or craft beer together on occasion and spending time with our friends.

YOU:

You're responsible, clean, considerate, and friendly. You'll need to have a steady income or, if you're a student, proof of payment. Our landlords may ask for proof of employment.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

The neighborhood is great! It's a 5-minute walk from the Grove Street PATH station. There are also lots of great restaurants, bars, yoga/workout studios within blocks. There is a Key Foods on the same block and a laundromat and cute coffee shop right around the corner. Walk Score: 98 Transit Score: 82 Bike Score: 80!!
