Looking for Roommate in 2 Bedroom, Downtown JC

A 2-bedroom apartment in a brownstone in downtown JC, with one room available for 1650 a month, starting September 1, 2019. A five minute walk from the Grove Street path. A one year lease, looking for another female-- not open to couples. Laundry in-unit. Hot water is included, all other utilities will be shared-- typically come out to less than 100 dollars a month. Your room would have a walk-in closet. Includes a backyard and high ceilings. One cat or small dog welcome. Shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom. Street parking is cheap ($15/year) but has no designated spot. Partially furnished in shared spaces (couch, dining table), we can discuss. My room is very small, so as a warning, I have a dresser in the dining room.
I'm not the landlord, just looking for a roommate. As a roommate, I'm typically quiet and the average level of clean in shared spaces. I go to bed early, but am a heavy sleeper. I occasionally have friends over and am welcoming of visitors and significant others. I'm a young professional who has not been in NJ long, so I welcome a friendly roommate that's willing to chill with me. I'd love to grab a coffee and see if we click!
