Male Roommate wanted in Jersey City

Looking for a roommate to fill an open room in our spacious, 1,200 sq ft, three bedroom / 1.5 bathroom apartment in downtown Jersey City.

My current roommate and I are looking for someone who is mature, clean, personable, and non smoker. We are both mid 20s age range and have pretty relaxed lifestyles (don?t throw parties at the house etc). Ideally would want a male roommate who is in mid to late 20s or 30s.

- Five minute walk from the Grove Street PATH station, bars and restaurants (Grove Street PATH provides fast transit to Manhattan - 10 min to WTC and 20 min to Midtown 33rd street)
