We have a spacious room with plenty of light in a third floor (top) walk-up apartment available from Nov 1st 2019 ? Aug 31, 2020. Rental options are from 6-11months. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Rent: $1150 per month

Utilities: Split. Utilities are about $50 per month per person.

Location: Harsimus Cove

Laundry: Not in the building but only three minutes walk to nearby laundromat.

Transportation: Amazing location 5 minutes away from Grove St Path Station . Quite easy for FiDi commuters.

20 minutes door-to-door to WTC

Area: Safe quiet neighborhood. This area has pretty much everything you need. Restaurants, bars, bodegas, Shop Rite, pharmacies, park, and so much more.

Roommates: 2 men in late 20s and 30s, both working professionals that have 9-5 jobs in downtown Manhattan.

Who are we looking for:

- Working professional, clean, respectful, and
not a party animal.

- You will not be on the lease but will have to sign a Roommates Agreement (it gives everyone a peace of mind)

- No pets

- Non-smoker

- No live-in boyfriends/girlfriends / No couples. Only one tenant is allowed to live in the room.
