We are a M/F couple living in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1600sf apartment condo. The room for rent is a furnished bedroom w/ walk-in closet and private bath available immediately I'm a civil engineer and my fiance works in IT in midtown Manhattan. Between the two of us we speak English, Spanish and Polish.

Walking distances:
1 minute walk to restaurants/coffee shops (there are MANY on Harrison Ave, and many more opening!)
10 minute walk to brand new Seabra's Supermarket
15 minute walk to the Harrison Path station
20 minute walk to Newark Penn Station, Red Bull Arena, Prudential Center
There is also parking available underneath the building for your car if you have one (not an enclosed garage).

Amenities:
Note that our condo is larger than almost any you'll find in the area, with a fully equipped kitchen, but also plenty of cabinet space, fridge space and countertop space for your appliances if you have any you're bringing along.
Building has elevator access.
Hardwood floors and area rugs throughout the apartment.
Full-sized washer and dryer are located in the unit, located in a closet in the kitchen.
Central AC and Heat throughout. Whole-home humidifier is installed on the furnace.

Expenses:
Electric/Gas/Water/Sewer/Cable - We expect to split the actual bill evenly each month, we use the Splitwise App.
We have a maid who comes every 2 weeks for $100 each visit and we'd like to split that evenly as well.

Parking is available in carport for $100/month addl.
Note we will be looking to do a background check and credit check, actual fee for these services we will ask you to pay. I'll provide receipt/quote and you are only responsible for their actual cost.

Security Deposit is 1 month's rent, and due at move in along with 1st and last month's rent.
