1100$/mnth in Jersey City! (1bd in 2bd/1bath)

Hi! I'm moving out of the country and need someone to take over my lease from mid-August 2019 to May 2020. Obviously, if you and my roommate get along, you'll have the option to renew in May as well :)

The apartment will be mostly furnished as I am leaving a lot of furniture. If you are interested in my dresser/side table for my bed, please let me know! My bed and living room coffee table are coming with me--but mostly everything else is staying in the apartment.

Pricing and location:
I have a two bedroom in Bergen-Lafayette. It is right next to Liberty State Park and the building is brand new (424 Whiton). It's a 768 sq ft apartment, washer/dryer in-unit, and close to the Liberty State Park light rail (as in, it's literally around the corner from this apartment). I actually walk to the Grove Street PATH to get to work and it's only a mile walk (which also brings you downtown).

Rent is $1100 a month + utilities (cold water and sewer paid by landlord). You get the bigger bedroom (picture included are of the smaller one)

My roommate works full time in Manhattan, is quiet, fun to talk to, and hang out with. She's a brilliant roommate and I am so sad to be leaving her. If you enjoy having a respectful, clean, low-key, quiet, roommate--you will adore living with Mai! She is quite possibly, the best human being I've ever shared a space with.

IMPORTANT: If you get in touch with me prior to the end of June, I can keep the parking space in the garage for you. I currently rent it for $175 a month (which is super cheap for indoor parking in Jersey CIty). But after that, I'm selling my car and telling the management company I'm giving up the space. So, act fast if you are a car owner!
