Brand new house with front parking, three levels, front part has a lanai overlooking Honolulu, 5 minute walk from my house to kam shopping Center.
House is right behind kam schools on the hill. Front of the house has enough for about five cars. Solar panels were put in earlier this year and tenant is responsible for splitting electric bill which is about 50 bucks a month and may get lower. The front part is occupied by a male and a female. One room is open and said unit and one more room is open in another unit behind house. Each unit has bathroom shower living room air conditioner. The front unit has two bathrooms with one shower. Working professionals and military are preferred students are considered upon proof of income or ability to pay rent.
