Super convenient location super chill roommate

Aloha, I have 2 rooms for rent in a duplex home available immediately in the Liliha area in an ultra convenient location, 4 minutes walk away from the #13 bus line that travels to HPU, Waikiki and UH. I have parking stalls available and there is a ton of street parking in the neighborhood. On site coin-op W&D, and the home is wifi ready if you need to have that set up. I have a full set of cookware should you want to practice your culinary skills. The smaller room is $600 per month and the larger room is $800. Security deposit of the same amount is due at the time of the rental agreement. I am searching for roommates who are dependable, responsible, reliably employed, who clean up after themselves, and someone who isn't wanted by the FBI, lol. No couples unless you are renting both rooms. Also, also, must like cats! About me; I am originally from the Big Island, I work with kids, and when I'm not at work, I'm pretty active doing things out in the community.
