2-3 Roommates Wanted

Hello to those of you who are looking for a room to rent! If you are looking for some dope roommates to enjoy the year with, we just happen to have 2 rooms (possibly a third) coming available the beginning of August. We are located off of Monument in the Willow Lawn area of Richmond. We are currently renting a 5 bed 3 bath house. The main floor is full of light for all your plants babies. We have a beautiful kitchen with new appliances and a fancy keurig for your coffee needs. We all pitch in and whip up some dank food and some heavenly desserts. We have an attached sun room, that’s full of light and warmth at the moment. A good spot for art projects or group yoga! When it comes to downstairs, or the ✨spacement✨ , you’ll find a chill zone full of art made by us (we hope you will throw a personal piece up too). There is a bar with a mini fridge, tapestries covering the ceiling, and a few musical instruments in case you wanted to start a band. Our laundry area is also located down there. We have two bedrooms that share one bathroom in the basement, one of those is occupied. Next when you make it upstairs we have a master bedroom, with an attached bathroom available. We have another bedroom that shares a bathroom with the last bedroom (occupied by my boyfriend and I). We also have a lovely backyard! There is a huge tree and some bamboo to make a little oasis. We have a small garden and a charcoal grill. I’d love to add a cheap hot tub, if everyone pitches in. 😈

We currently use one of the bedrooms as a guest room/ office but are open to the idea of renting that out! Rent would range somewhere from $400-$700 depending on the room! Utilities and WiFi are not included, but usually run $80-$120 per person every month.

When it comes to cleanliness, we all pull the weight! We created a chore chart system to keep us in line.

We are LGBTQ friendly, pet friendly, and just friendly in general.

We need to renew our lease mid June (move in isn’t until August 1st), so we are trying to fill the spots so you can add your name before then! Reach out if you have questions or want to schedule a meet up!
